I highly recommend Elite Residence. This place is beautiful with an amazing view of the dubai marina. One thing that I loved the most is that it is right across from Berasti Beach and the atmosphere there is the bomb! We enjoyed the location. The walks around the marina are wonderful and several restaurants are open until 4 in the morning if you can't sleep. We used the building's amenities such as the pool, spa, and sauna as well as the kid's playroom. There is a grocery store nearby that makes it very convenient. We will stay there again and I highly receommend it.

Description

This is the latest addition to our portfolio of beachfront vacation homes in Dubai. The property is in a brand new luxury residential tower in the sea facing part of Dubai Marina. The apartment is spacious, and features a small family room in addition to the living room and dinning area. The building features a fully equipped gym, a spa, a large outdoor swimming pool, a children's play area, 24h Carrefour market and 24h concierge service. The apartment is spacious and features partial views of the sea, the marina and the impressive Dubai Marina Skyline. The tasteful interiors are designed for comfort and functionality, and include a wide range of amenities. A full list of standard Hometown features are detailed below:

The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.

Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day

Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.
